We called UPSTATE PROPERTIES because we were looking for a recreational-hunting parcel. The agent we met was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking in, and was able to answer all our questions. She returned every call, and on our second trip up, she surprised us with the most perfect parcel of land. We wanted a view, she found the view, we wanted trees, there were lots of big trees, we wanted water, and the spring water is just the best, and we wanted a building site, we have more than one, we also asked for semi-seclusion and a shelter. She found it, all in one parcel. It's just the best. Now we'd like more land, so we called our UPSTATE PROPERTIES agent Linda back again. We are very pleased with her service.
